We have had an excellent experience with James and his team at HG Auto! The customer service has been top notch in every aspect. James kept in contact with me after I inquired about a car that had already sold and worked with me to find the perfect car for our new driver. During our car buying process, we looked at MANY cars outside of HG Auto, and when we drove up to HG Auto to see a car he recommended, we were blown away. The car was spotless and was EXACTLY as described during our phone conversations. James and team have been extremely responsive and are just all around great people. Their location was extremely easy to find (right on Hwy 66) and they have a nice selection. We look forward to recommending them in the future! Great job, guys!

Recently helped family member purchase a vehicle and was pleasantly surprised with this dealership. I’ve purchased vehicles all over town. From smaller dealerships to larger ones. None have been as smooth and delightful as HG Auto. We set an appointment up by phone and were greeted by Patience. She was a pleasure to work with and made for a seamless experience. Easy-going is an understatement, she was fantastic to deal with. Left us to look around and just asked that we get with her if we had questions or want to take a vehicle for a drive. She was understanding of our needs and was never pushy. Overall, the experience was exceptional and I was impressed with how quickly we were able to purchase a vehicle. I’d highly recommend this dealership as the staff were all friendly and willing to help, along with pricing being fair and clearly listed.
